General Introduction
Data acquisition controller MCC - 2321which could match with any digital Modbus RTU water quality transmitter and 4 ~ 20 mA output transmitter. It is a kind of integrated multi-channel controller based on Internet technology innovation.
It can display 1 ~ 12 measurement parameters,downlink data bus can accept 1 ~ 12 data collection terminal(also accept four channels (4-20)mA analog transmitters).
A communication link is provided with uplink (with the upper computer system) and downlink (with the sensor transmitter);
It integrates DI/DO control logic in the mode of field controller (DI*4;DO*4),which can be configured freely through the setting interface;
It is equipped with 4 channels (4-20) mA transmitter receiver and 4 channels analog quantitative variable transmission output,which is compatible with the traditional analog transmission technology,breaking the discrete mode of sensor + instrument +PLC,and the high level of integration makes the complex field construction exempt from secondary integration.
AI*4/AO* 4-way two-wire (4-20)mA transmitter is configured to receive and analog output,which is compatible with traditional analog transmission technology.
The controller uses a 7-inch touch screen to display multi-channel data and information status simultaneously. At the same time,there is an intuitive operation menu module on the interface,which is very convenient to use and set.
It adopts sealed instrument case to meet various humid and salt fog harsh environment,and forms wall-mounted installation mode with sheet metal back plate. Its uplink communication slave port can also support a variety of wireless remote communication,and USES GPRS/Zigbee/wifi module to construct wireless routing.
