Overview

In thermal boiler, exchange station and other thermal industrial systems, calcium and magnesium salts in the water under the action of heat are precipitated in the form of carbonate. The content of calcium and magnesium ions is expressed by the index "hardness". The internal scaling of calcium and magnesium ion forming equipment causes the reduction of heat exchange capacity, resulting in the waste of energy and the increase of operation cost。 In the field of printing and dyeing, washing process which need to remove the calcium and magnesium hardness in water, to enhance the softness of fabric products and product phase;In circulating cooling water and more fields, calcium and magnesium content in water can be removed or reduced to achieve more energy saving effect. Calcium and magnesium ions are co-occurring metal ions in water, which generate calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate in alkaline environment and attach to the inner surface of equipment by deposition.It is the main cause of equipment efficiency reduction and poor product quality, so we have to remove or reduce the presence of calcium and magnesium in water by softening process. Due to the continuous monitoring of calcium and magnesium ion concentration in water has been a difficult point, HDA - 7000 series hardness online automatic Analyzer is developed in this context.
