2. Replacement of reagents
Potassium dechromate and silver monosulfate are highly corrosive reagents, and they are easily volatile and moisture-absorbing at the work site, so they should be replaced regularly.The replacement cycle depends on the use situation, and it is generally replaced at least once every 3 months.
3. Protective maintenance
Since the peristaltic pump tube absorbs highly corrosive reagents, it should be replaced once every 3 months.The measuring room and reaction room should be thoroughly inspected, cleaned and overhauled at least once a year.
4. Daily calibration
In addition to the automatic zero cycle calibration set by the program, the zero point and standard solution must be corrected after the first use, replacement of reagents, or protective maintenance.Distilled water prepared in the laboratory is used as the zero calibration solution. The calibration process is the same as the measurement cycle process. After calibration, the parameters of the new zero point are retained and the work line is calibrated.
